Lately, I’ve realized that the most important work I can do isn't external—it’s internal. To protect my mental health and navigate feelings of anxiety and hopelessness, I am intentionally stepping into a "quiet season"
If you notice me tuning out the world’s headlines or sticking strictly to my dancing videos and lighthearted posts, please understand that it is because I simply do not have the mental capacity for anything more. I am focusing on what I can control and preserving my energy to find a sense of calm. Choosing to stay in my "bubble" isn't an act of indifference; it is an act of self-preservation.
To anyone else feeling the weight of the world today: It is okay to retreat. It is okay to prioritize your peace.
Sometimes, the best way to move forward is to look inward and protect your light until it's ready to shine again.
